1. Acceptance and Scope

By accessing or using the website located at hairsilk.shop (the "Site") or purchasing any products from HairSilk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please stop using the Site immediately. HairSilk offers hair care products for personal use, and these Terms cover your use of the Site, account registration, payments, returns, and legal rights.

2. Account Registration and Responsibilities

When you open an account, you must provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential. Any activity via your account is your responsibility. 3. Payments and Processing

All transactions are handled by third-party payment processors that comply with PCI-DSS security standards. HairSilk does not store or access your complete payment card details. Payment disputes must be resolved through the dispute resolution procedures of the payment channel you chose at checkout. Because our payment partners may change, we do not list any specific brand names. Prices are in US Dollars and are subject to applicable taxes and shipping fees.

4. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

HairSilk offers a commercial goodwill return period of 35 days from delivery. To initiate a return, contact [email protected]. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive the return.

All content on the Site—including text, images, logos, designs, and product descriptions—is the property of HairSilk or its licensors. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

8. Dispute Resolution; Mandatory Arbitration

Any dispute or claim arising from these Terms or your purchase shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider. You waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration. Arbitration will take place in New York County, New York. The prevailing party may recover its legal costs. This clause does not prevent you from filing a complaint with a consumer protection agency.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts in New York County for any actions not subject to arbitration. However, if you are a consumer in the European Union, mandatory local consumer protection laws may apply.
